TESA VISIO 500
The search for Excellence was the philosophy behind the development of the TESA-VISIO 500. The machine was developed using advanced technologies that have contributed to TESA’s success. The moving bridge mounted on air bearings ensures high speed, but also high accuracy. Positioned in the Z-axis, the optics are a further guarantee for high reliability. Each machine provides users with ease of use through ergonomic design.
In addition to the large measuring envelope, these machines provide superior brightness, several incident angles for fine edge detection and unbeatable displacement speed. The variety of options also permits the solution of virtually any measurement problem.
TESA-VISIO 500 Value
This versatile machine can either be equipped with aCCD-camera, a TESASTAR probe head or a touch-trigger probe coupled with a PC-based video camera. The quick change from contact to non-contact measurement and vice-versa and the capability to use as much functionality as possible make this machine a sound investment.
Different systems for clamping the measured component can be mounted, including a rotary device for dimensional inspection of cylindrical parts (fourth axis).
PC-DMIS ensures full control of the machine as well as all measuring functions and report lay-out.
