MICRO-HITE 3D 454 RECORDER
TESA WORLD’S FIRST at CONTROL 2010
TESA unveiled their brand new CMM during CONTROL 2010 - the MICRO-HITE 3D 454 RECORDER.
Equipped with a simple display and control panel, this machine offers a newly added functionality, allowing for the automatic reproduction of any manual movements.
Through this innovation, the programming time needed for dimensional inspection of a workpiece is notably shorter. The process consists of storing the sequence of the points to be probed in the memory, based on the range of inspection operations. This is done either in manual mode or with the aid of a joystick. Operated in motorised mode, the MH3D Recorder then has the ability to indefinitely reproduce the programme sequence of the machine displacement required from one data point to another.
Furthermore, the TESA-REFLEX Recorder software can handle alignment simply and quickly, and then automatically recognises the geometrical shapes being measured before establishing the relationship between two features by pressing a single key. The measurement results can either be processed for statistical analysis or exported in various ways.
By offering this simple, multi-tasking measuring method to the workshop, TESA brings about an innovative yet dependable and effective solution for inspecting small to medium part series.
