TESA-SCAN 52 Reflex-Click
TESA WORLD’S FIRST at Control 2010
TESA-SCAN 52 Reflex-Click is the new machine for turned part measurement developed and exhibited by TESA at the last international trade fair Control 2010.
Running TESA-REFLEX Scan, the machine provides the user with two additional functionalities, which are enabled by simply pressing the REFLEX-Click button located on the front of the machine.
1. Direct measurement of parts without the need for any preliminary programming – The machine will scan the part, and then display the measurement results for each captured main feature, based on a default protocol.
2. Automatic recognition of the part to be measured – As the part is being scanned, the software will establish whether a part programme matching the part geometry already exists. If so, this programme will be loaded, and the results computed against nominal values obtained from all inspection operations.
Both functions are true to the TESA-REFLEX principle and unique to date, making this oftware incomparable to any other in terms of user-friendliness and effectiveness for part inspection in the workshop.
