Retrospective - TESA at Control 2010

TESA presented a new machine for optical measurement during Control 2010, the TESA-VISIO 300 GL, now available both in manual and motorised versions.

Built on a singularly stable granite structure and derived from the TESA optical measurement system, the TESA-VISIO 300 GL is equipped with various LED light sources ensuring optimum metrological conditions combined with high reliability.

Specially developed for use on every TESA-VISIO machine version, the TESA-REFLEX Vista software now makes it possible for parts to be visually checked against their related CAD models.

The TESA-VISIO 300 GL DCC is equipped with TESA-REFLEX Vision software which provides a user-friendly programming interface mastered in only a few hours. Functions for automatic measurement of geometrical features and operator’s assistance make the TESA-VISIO 300 GL a remarkably powerful machine for part series inspection.
